Merope 90 is Merope's signature 90-day clinical program — an integrated approach that brings hormones, metabolism, mental health, sleep, and lifestyle into one coordinated treatment plan.

The program is built around four major clinical waypoints:

• Heard (Day 0) — a 90-minute comprehensive intake that brings your medical, hormonal, metabolic, mental-health, and lifestyle picture into view.

• Understood (Day 14) — your comprehensive lab results are interpreted alongside your symptoms and history, and your individualized treatment plan is launched.

• Steadied (Day 60) — a 90-minute reassessment to review how you're responding, what has changed, and where the treatment plan needs to be refined.

• Equipped (Day 90) — an extended graduation visit to measure progress, address what still needs attention, and create a clear plan for what comes next.

Between these visits, treatment response is monitored, coaching supports implementation, and additional clinical follow-up is added when medication changes or other clinical needs warrant it.

• Merope 90 includes the clinical care, testing, coaching, and follow-through needed to evaluate the whole picture and refine treatment across 90 days.

  • Four major clinical visits with Kim — a 90-minute intake, comprehensive lab review, 90-minute mid-program reassessment, and 90-minute graduation visit, plus a transition call and clinically indicated treatment-response check-ins

  • Comprehensive baseline labs — including hormonal, thyroid, metabolic, inflammatory, nutrient, and cardiovascular markers

Yes — all clinical visits are conducted via secure telehealth. Colorado law requires you to be physically located within Colorado at the time of each visit, since that's where Kim is licensed to practice. This is about your location during the appointment, not a licensing requirement on your end — you don't need any kind of license or credential yourself, just to be physically in the state when we meet.

At graduation, we’ll create a clear plan for what comes next based on your progress, treatment needs, and preferences.

Some women continue with ongoing Merope care, some choose occasional pay-per-visit follow-ups, and others transition care back to another clinician. Ongoing membership is optional — the goal is to make sure you leave Merope 90 knowing what comes next and how your care will continue.

Yes. As a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can manage psychiatric medications directly — in the same visit as your hormone care. Most practices would send you to a separate psychiatrist for this.
