A healthier life has to work within your life.

A healthier life has to work within your life.

A familiar place to begin

You know your health matters. Finding room for it is harder.

You may be navigating a demanding career, caring for family, or noticing that the same day takes more out of you than it used to. We begin by understanding your life.

Your own needs keep moving down the list.

By the time work and family are taken care of, there’s little energy left for you.

Your routine works until life gets busy.

Travel, deadlines, or changing schedules make consistency feel difficult.

You’re sorting through too much advice.

You want a clear place to begin and an approach that makes sense for your circumstances.

You want more capacity for what you love.

Being present with family, enjoying time outdoors, or feeling more engaged in your day.

Your coach. Your collaborator.

Thoughtful listening.
Practical next steps.
Steady encouragement.

Brad Smith
MindBodyGreen-Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Before coaching, Brad worked in manufacturing process engineering and program planning. His favorite part of that work was helping people: mentoring colleagues, guiding collaboration, and finding a way forward together.

He brings that same presence and curiosity to coaching. He takes time to understand your priorities, asks meaningful questions, and helps you develop solutions that fit your unique life.

Healthy living is also personal to Brad. The life he enjoys with his family inspires his work, while your values and goals guide your coaching experience.

Your first conversation

You can begin exactly where you are.

Meet with Brad for a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. Share what’s happening in your life, ask questions, and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit.

This is an introductory conversation, not a coaching session or medical appointment. It does not include a personalized coaching plan, medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. There is no obligation to enroll.

What would you like to feel different?
Your priorities shape the conversation.

What has helped—and what gets in the way?
Your experience gives us a place to begin.

What kind of support feels useful?
We’ll explore that together.

Part of the Merope approach

Coaching on its own.
Or care, connected.

Work with Brad through standalone coaching, or receive coaching within Merope’s men’s and women’s programs, which connect hormone care, mental health, and lifestyle support.

Standalone coaching focuses on habits and behavior change. Clinical evaluation, labs, and medication management are separate services.

A few things you may be wondering

Before we begin.

Do I need to be a Merope medical patient?

No. Standalone coaching is available independently of Merope’s clinical programs. You can work with Brad on your lifestyle goals without enrolling in medical care.

Will I work on every lifestyle area at once?

We explore the whole picture, then choose a manageable starting point together. Your priorities, circumstances, and readiness guide the pace.

What if my schedule or priorities change?

We recalibrate. Your experience gives us useful information about what fits and what needs adjustment. Together, we adapt your approach while building on what you’ve learned.

What does accountability look like?

You choose the approach that supports you: self-directed contact or brief weekly or every-other-week message or email check-ins. We revisit that preference as your needs evolve.

What is a practical application session?

It’s a scheduled coaching session focused on putting your goals into practice. You might plan for business travel, explore household food routines, or look at your calendar together to make space for movement and recovery.

How do I choose a program?

Monthly coaching offers flexibility. Three months gives you dedicated time to build a foundation. Six months offers more time to practice and adapt across changing circumstances. Your discovery call is a chance to consider the options with Brad.

Is coaching the same as medical care or therapy?

Coaching supports your goals, daily habits, and behavior change. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medication management, or psychotherapy. If your needs include clinical care, we can discuss appropriate next steps.
