INTEGRATED MIDLIFE HEALTHCARE FOR WOMEN IN COLORADO
Your work depends on you being sharp — lately you’ve wondered if you still are.
Changes in your energy, mood, sleep, focus, and metabolism don't always have one explanation. And they shouldn't have to be evaluated separately.
At Merope, your hormonal, physical, and mental health are considered together by a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with lifestyle coaching to help turn your care plan into meaningful action.
Hormones and mental health, together.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…
You're capable, established, and used to being the one other people rely on. Lately your body stopped keeping up — and you want an answer, not another reassurance that you're fine.
Exhausted no matter how much you rest
You wake up tired and you're rationing energy by early afternoon.
Brain fog that’s starting to cost you at work
Losing words mid-sentence, rereading the same paragraph, working harder to stay sharp.
Weight that won’t move
You're eating well and training the way that always worked — and your body isn't responding.
On edge, anxious, or not quite yourself
A shorter fuse than you'd like, and the sense that you're managing your mood instead of having it.

I've written a lot of prescriptions. Plenty of them were the right call. Plenty of them were treating a symptom nobody had traced back to a cause.
I learned that first as an FNP student at a safety-net clinic in Dayton, where women kept coming in with physical complaints that turned out to be untreated mental health. I went back and certified in psychiatry to understand that half of the picture, and spent six years in outpatient mental health watching the same failure run the other direction — women handed a diagnosis for symptoms that were hormonal, metabolic, and physical.
Both halves of the system were treating one woman and neither one was looking at all of her. If you've been told your labs are normal while you feel anything but, you already know what I'm describing.
That's why I left insurance-based care to build Merope. Not because medication doesn't matter, but because sleep, food, movement, stress, and hormones do more of the work than most people are ever told — and no ten-minute appointment can get to any of it.
WHY THIS WORKS WHEN OTHER THINGS HAVEN’T
If you've tried programs before and they didn't hold, it's often because each one treated a single piece in isolation. A nutrition plan without medical context. A prescription without lifestyle support. A coach without the ability to evaluate what's happening clinically. Merope 90 is built on the opposite premise.
One clinician, both credentials. As an FNP-C and PMHNP-BC, I can evaluate hormonal, metabolic, and mental-health contributors together — instead of automatically splitting them across separate clinicians.
Clinical depth, real time. A ninety-minute intake and comprehensive baseline labs are interpreted alongside your symptoms, history, and clinical context — not in isolation.
Measured, not just remembered. Menopause symptoms, mood, anxiety, sleep, and fatigue are measured at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the program so we can see what is changing and where the plan may need refinement.
Six pillars, one plan. Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and substance avoidance are built into the treatment process from the beginning — with one-to-one coaching to help translate the plan into daily life.
What Merope doesn’t do
Knowing what we won’t do is part of trusting what we will.
Prescribe at a first visit before we understand what’s going on
Offer weight-loss medication without strength, protein and body-composition tracking
Sell “unlimited access” in place of a plan
Use countdown offers or before-and-after photos
